Apple

$42.00

Whenever I visited the homes of my family and friends, apples were often served as a dessert. I was always mesmerized by the way the mothers, aunts and grandmothers would expertly peel each apple by hand with their paring knives and cut them into little wedges for us to enjoy.

This apple cyanotype was exposed briefly under the spring sun at noon to create a stark image. Printed on 6”x6” (15.3x15.3cm) 140lb (300g/m2) acid free watercolor paper. This is part of a limited run print. Image may fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight. Frame not included.
