Nature of Products

All jewelry is handmade in Brooklyn, NY. Slight variations in texture, polish, and finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Product images represent general style and finish. Each piece may vary slightly.

Custom & Personalized Work

Custom pieces include:

  • Pet imprint jewelry

  • Fingerprint jewelry

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Custom sizing or engraving

Because these items are made specifically for you, they are final sale.

The quality of imprint-based pieces depends heavily on the impressions provided. We encourage customers to review instructions carefully and contact us with questions before returning molds.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size. Resizing may be available for a fee depending on the design.

Payment

Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and installment services offered at checkout.

Orders will not begin production until payment is cleared.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if necessary.

Impression Kits

Each kit includes materials and instructions for creating your impression.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Following instructions carefully

  • Returning molds within 30 days of purchase

  • Ensuring impressions are properly cured

If a mold is unusable due to improper mixing or curing, a replacement kit may be purchased.

We are not responsible for molds damaged in return transit.

Impressions returned after 6 months may require an additional fee due to fluctuating metal costs.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content on this website are property of Noo Rhee and may not be reproduced.

Limitation of Liability

Noo Rhee is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care.

  • Postal delays outside our control.
