Returns & Refunds

We create both custom and ready-to-ship pieces. Because of this, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

All custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

This includes:

  • Pet imprint jewelry

  • Fingerprint jewelry

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Jewelry made from submitted molds or impressions

  • Custom sizing or engraving

Because these items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your piece arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry (Non-Custom Items)

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus original shipping costs.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the eligible piece and place a new order.
